We are seeking an Office Assistant to help for the busy summer season. This role will primarily assist our Administrative Assistant and is essential to ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with supply ordering.
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, and connect them with the appropriate team member.
- Handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette.
Experience:
- Some administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is necessary.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading.
